The exhibition stand was designed to be open and functional so that the Vaillant brand would be visible from all directions and feature a large front facing wall which would dominate over other stands. A large screen will be used to display interactive presentations and adverts to visitors to the stand. Incorporating interactivity between the stand and clients gets them to stop and really take notice of your exhibition stand and engage with your brand. As with any stand at an exhibition, there is a desired route for traffic to take through it. The route will take in all the key areas of the stand and finish at the rear where there is a seating area for staff to further engage with clients and discuss any business further.

An important aspect of any exhibition stand is to capture your clients for any further potential business dealings and having PC points where they can enter their details to receive further information is a good way of doing this. This stand will feature PC points on either side of the front wall so clients’ details can be captured as they follow the route around the different areas. To finish off we have included exhibition graphics consisting of large illuminated logos above the meeting canopy to increase visibility of the Vaillant brand.

Exhibit3sixty were competing against nine other exhibition stand designers for the contract to create the stand for Vaillant and are thrilled to be supplying it for this event.

Ecobuild takes place from 20th-22nd March 2011

The BETT 2012 event at the Olympia in London from 11^th – 14^th January is an exhibition showcasing the best educational technology products. Technology has changed the way we peform almost every task and learning is no different. The event attracts around 30,000 visitors each year and allows visitors to get hands on with the latest ICT products that can be used to help assist teaching and learning. Featuring three distinct zones; Innovation Avenue, SEN zone and the Software zone, each one will feature a range of exhibition stands offering different products and services relating to technology-led leanring.

A completely different event at Earls Court, London from 15^th– 17^th January is the Home 2012 trade show. This is a new event and offers stylish interior accessories and unique products. The event is being billed as “two shows, under one roof” since it is also combined with the already established Top Drawer event for giftware so being combined together gives shoppers a great choice of products.

Both events promise to be great exhibitions for their respective industries and our exhibition designers will be hard at work to help make them a great success.

An exhibition showcasing educational technology products that help to teach and learn with the aid of technology. This is a world leading event for this industry and attracts around 30,000 visitors.

15–17 January 2012 – Earls Court, London

A new trade show for homeware and interior accessories. This event is organised together with another event called Top Drawer which is for giftware so you get two shows under one roof.

Interiors 2012
22-25 January 2012 – NEC, Birmingham

The UK’s largest interiors trade event and will feature exhibition stands from a range of suppliers offering furniture, lighting, flooring, fabrics and more. With big brands and leading manufacturers this is one of the biggest events for the interior business.

ICE 2012
24-26 January 2012 – Earls Court, London

ICE Totally Gaming is an event for senior gaming professionals from all over the world. The show features conferences and seminars covering mobile gaming, monetising social in gaming and combating cybercrime in gaming.

Toyfair 2012
24-26 January 2012 – Olympia, London

This is the only dedicated toy, game and hobby exhibition in the UK and features a range of both international and start-up companies offering a wide range of products. Expect to see plenty of colourful and fun exhibition graphics on display.

Learning Technologies
25-26 January 2012 – Olympia, London

London plays host to Europe’s leading event for technology supported workplace learning. With 220 exhibitors and 120 seminars to attend there will be plenty to see and do.

Organised by the EIC, the event is held to help build and offer networking opportunities for the most senior decision makers and encourage the sharing of information between buyers and suppliers. Since starting in 2002, the event has grown to be a major event for the industry with over 800 delegates and 100 exhibition stands at the last event.

Exhibit 3sixty will be responsible for supplying the complete exhibition package for EIC Connect Power 2011 and providing the shell scheme for the entire event.  A shell scheme consists of a modular system of poles and panels that can be configured in any way to suit any size of exhibition stand or venue. EIC Connect have been working with our exhibition stand designers to create a shell scheme that suits their chosen style and colour scheme which offers many benefits to exhibitors. With a shell scheme, exhibitors can simply turn up, add their own graphics and equipment to the stand and then are completely set up and ready for the event. The shell scheme for EIC Connect Power 2011 includes:

As well as the shell scheme, exhibit 3sixty are also supplying the event with lighting, electrical equipment , package stands, furniture and exhibition graphics. Since the event is using a shell scheme then exhibitors can also take advantage of our quality exhibition designers who can produce graphics to use at the event such as banner stands, digital prints and pop up stands.

The team braved the cold and snow and set to work on the 450m2 Lego exhibition stand which was built at the Toyfair using exhibit 3sixtys newly acquired square profile modular display system.

The Event Supplier and Services Association is a trade association representing exhibition stand contractors and suppliers of goods and services to the events industry. It shares a secretariat with its sister organisations, the Association of Event Organisers (AEO) and the Association of Event Venues (AEV) and thus benefits from the central information source. The development of a closer relationship and understanding between organisers their suppliers and venues can only benefit the industry as a whole.

This closer relationship is partly demonstrated by way of joint working groups covering a range of issues into which all sides of the industry have an important input. It is also a major step towards the goal of enabling the industry to speak with a united voice when striving to increase its share of the marketing cake.

Hi Andy & Alan

I just wanted to say a BIG thank you to you both for all of your efforts over the last few months and particularly on site last week, I don’t know how you both stayed awake for so long and can assure you that I will not be having a midnight tenancy again! I should say thank you for keeping the fridge stocked up, the red bull certainly came in useful for me after an 18 hour day on Wednesday after the gala dinner 

The whole event looked fantastic and we have had a lot of positive feedback both from the exhibitors, visitors and speakers and this is all down to you so thank you. I will send on the photographs when I receive them later this week. I will also burn a copy of the event film for you so you can use the time line of the build up for your own promo, I just have to wait for the complete version as the one I have has the song over it which I am told we cant use as it’s unlicensed.

In the meantime, if you are able to send me the invoice summary so I can tie up the budget at this end, it would be greatly appreciated.
