How much will my exhibition stand cost?

Our exhibition stand design service is completely free. Once you are happy with what we have produced, we will let you know how much it will cost to build your stand. As each stand is different, there is no set pricing structure, but we will do what we can to make sure your stand is as cost-effective and affordable as possible.

How long will it take to receive an exhibition design and quotation?

Once we have the initial brief, we offer a 7-day turnaround time on all exhibit stand designs and quotations.

What makes a good exhibition stand design?

Striking visuals, a logical layout, and optimal use of space are hallmarks of good expo stand design. A well-designed exhibition stand attracts potential customers, effectively conveys a business's values, and helps stall holders stand out from the crowd at events and exhibitions.

Will you look after the H&S order forms?

Yes. We will liaise with the show organisers on your behalf and submit stand plans, risk assessments, method statements, and construction phase plans.

How should the artwork be set up and when do you need it by?

Please refer to the artwork preparation sheets on our exhibition graphic design page. Artwork is required ten working days out from the first day of your stand build. When we receive your artwork, we will respond with a detailed proof for you to approve prior to production.

When do I need to sign off my display stand?

Ideally, six to eight weeks from the first day of the show. However, we understand this isn’t always possible. The deadline we advise clients to work towards is the electrical surcharge date, which is normally around four weeks from the first day of build-up.

A custom exhibition stand, otherwise known as a bespoke exhibition stand, is a type of exhibition display that is created from scratch. In contrast to modular displays and shell scheme stands, bespoke stands have much more design flexibility and are custom-built from the ground up to reflect the requirements of the exhibitor.

Are custom exhibition stands and traditional exhibition stands the same?

Yes. A traditional exhibition stand is a custom-made promotional display built using traditional methods and materials. These types of stands are most suitable for larger companies with bigger budgets that want to have complete freedom over the design of their stand and the representation of their brand.

Can I reuse a bespoke exhibition stand?

Purpose-built display stands can either be produced for a single event or designed for reuse. With a little thought at the initial production stage, bespoke stands can be used up to five times. If you wish to use your stand at multiple events, we can store it between shows at our 20,000 square foot facility.

How much does a custom exhibition stand cost?

Our exhibition stand design service is completely free of charge to all our customers. If you are happy with what we put together, we will then send a quote detailing how much it will cost to build your custom stand. We work with clients of various sizes on a range of projects, so we will always do what we can to create something that aligns with your budget.
