Case Study: EHI Live 2013 Exhibition

On 5^th and 6^th November this year, Exhibit3Sixty were at the NEC for EHI Live2013. This was a conference for over 160 exhibitors working in NHS IT. It was a chance for anyone involved in the use of information in healthcare to update their knowledge, find answers to questions and meet experts. Attendees included IT Staff and clinicians. This was the sixth annual EHI event.

As the main contractor for this exhibition, we were responsible for supplying the shell scheme, seminar theatres, carpets, lighting, electrics, graphics and furniture.

What we did

We were responsible for 1000 square metre shell scheme, 2500 square metre carpet, 1000 square metre of seminar theatres, plus electrics, furniture, graphics and logistics.

We had over 80 people on site which included carpet fitters, electricians, stand builders, decorators, furniture porters and graphic fitters. Everything was installed within one day and went off without a hitch, which is a credit to our team. We look forward to being involved with EHI Live 2014.
