Exhibit 3Sixty seeking quotations from contractors and suppliers

Start date: October 2025

Exhibit 3Sixty are seeking contractors and suppliers to provide quotations for various upcoming projects and items. We are currently tendering for competitive quotes for the completion of the following items:

• Used Mercedes-Benz Sprinter panel van (registered 2022/2023 – mileage 50,000)
• Used 2.5T LPG Forklift Truck
• 40mm high modular exhibition platform flooring

We anticipate commencing this project as soon as possible in October 2025, with completion expected by November 2025 at the latest. Payments will be made in instalments, corresponding to the successful completion of each project phase as outlined above.

All submitted tenders will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Price – 40%
• Timescales – 40%
• Experience / Track Record – 20%
