Smooth sailing at the ERA annual General Assembly

October found us in the Algarve region of Portugal at the Tivoli Marina Vilamoura hotel for European Regions Airline Association (ERA) and its annual General Assembly, October 11–13, 2022.

We have developed an excellent working relationship with the association and its team over many years. It has been three years since the last General Assembly due to the pandemic, and it was especially good to be back building this important show in 2022, so ERA’s many members could meet face-to-face.

Founded in 1980, European Regions Airline Association (ERA) is a non-profit trade association representing over 55 airlines plus around 150 other companies involved in European air transport, and is the only association that bring together the entire spectrum of companies involved in European aviation. The association supports and defends the airline industry in providing safe, efficient and sustainable air connectivity to all regions of Europe. By lobbying European regulatory bodies on policy matters, ERA promotes and protects social responsibility, environmental sustainability and the development of regional economies and local communities.

This year, in addition to the registration area, the meeting area, and shell scheme, we also built a couple of beautiful space-only stands for De Havilland Aircraft of Canada and MHI RJ Aviation ULC.

As you can see from the pictures, ERA is a very smart exhibition and we’ve been fortunate to be the official supplier to the exhibition for some time; we’re certainly looking forward to next year’s event in Austria. This year’s show was an outstanding success, welcoming over 350 delegates from 155 industry companies, including attendees representing 43 European airlines.
