Brief Overview

–  Reinforcing the FLTA brand within the industry
–  Create a functional space representative of a relaxed environment
–  Maximise seating numbers
–  Accessible, welcoming from all sides
–  Strong AV display
–  Strong aesthetics without distracting from the main objective

Solution

The final design signed off by The marketing team for FLTA; being different form the original brief , ultimately changed for the better through excellent design collaboration, the client was extremely happy and the design then moved into production.

The next stage was to organise the build, manufacture, logistics, installation and breakdown. A complex procedure but nothing too difficult for Exhibit 3 sixty project management team. With 40 year + combined experience there are few jobs that would cause difficulties to Exhibit 3Sixty’s project managers, suffice to say the build , installation and break down went extremely well.

The outcome of the creative design process effectively redesigned the brief helping the client to realise elements they had not considered. This effectively generated more ‘value’ for the client at the event.

BUILD & INSTALLATION

The final installation produced an aesthetically minimal design that focused the brand aesthetics while clearly presenting itself as a stand that was intended to be used for in depth discussions and hospitality purposes. It had strong but controlled use of AV that worked well within the overall design.

When used correctly design is a very powerful asset for any company working within the design and exhibition environments. Some event companies, especially contractors, use designers only to ‘visualise’ briefs, creating simple imagery that can be presented back to the client, unfortunately this is not design in the real sense, design is, in its very nature a creative process that brings together multiple elements and defines a suitable outcome. The designers that work at Exhibit 3 Sixty promote design in its most valuable form – to create. This is how our designs generally achieve a high level of client satisfaction that goes beyond what they were expecting or have experienced before. It is suspected that our client retention leading to repeat work is directly associated to our application of design practice.

This project was a very usual stand installation for Exhibit 3sixty, it was chosen to be presented as it shows the everyday quality operation that Exhibit 3sixty perform on a daily basis. We always strive to be a company that puts the customer first. We pride ourselves on our ability to truly work alongside the customer creating a mutual beneficial working relationship. We believe it is this work ethic that continually brings repeat work and a very high level of client satisfaction.

OUTCOME

The final installation produced an aesthetically minimal design that focused the brand aesthetics while clearly presenting itself as a stand that was intended to be used for in depth discussions and hospitality purposes. It had strong but controlled use of AV that worked well within the overall design.

The stand represents how exhibit 3 sixty use design to maximise client value. Working in close collaboration with the client the stand designers were able to generate designs that surpassed the original brief and subsequently the final installation was overall a better ‘fit’ for the client.
