Exhibit 3Sixty keeps working thanks to customer confidence

Exhibit 3Sixty may have been branching out into the shopfitting world, bringing its skills in design, presentation, and stand building, to work in the retail environment, but its exhibition experience is paying dividends in other ways like customer recommendations.

This was exemplified by Exhibit 3Sixty’s most recent shop refurbishment at The Babystore, Warrington in November 2020, where it designed and built a custom display feature for the shop entrance, using a combination of modular elements finished in white gloss laminate to create a fully flexible unit that could accommodate hanging rails or shelves and be quickly reconfigured.

Donna Compton of The Babystore said, “The great thing about having Exhibit 3Sixty create and build this new display system for us was the speed and quality of the work. They’re clearly used to tight deadlines and short build times, so they were able to design and build this in time for us to put the new stock on the shelves for Christmas. The new units are simply excellent and really makes the whole store gleam with possibility.”

Alan Craner, director, Exhibit 3Sixty, said, “The retail environment is not unlike an exhibition. You have to capture people’s attention, presenting and showcasing your products and services in a way that’s consistent with the brand and inviting to the customer.”

Craner continued, “I’ve been designing and creating stands for the nursery industry for over 20 years, building relationships with organisers and exhibitors. Donna came to us after a recommendation from Babystyle, one of our exhibitor clients, proving once again that dedicated customer service and a determination to build good relations is always a winning strategy.”
